For instance, we propose and negotiate collaborations with existing brands and companies in Japan that are expected to synergize with clients' domestic and overseas businesses.
In addition, we support developers in finding popular restaurants in regional areas that want to expand, for example, into Tokyo region and match them with a commercial facility as the main feature. We also respond to various needs, such as acquiring licenses to revive a currently closed legendary restaurant that was frequented in the past.

Real Estate Development Consulting
We offer support in developing your brands and stores in more strategic and valuable locations. We can provide support not only for a single store but also for entire areas.
We also offer consulting services to clients that have a brand with good potential but lack of connections to popular commercial facilities.
For instance, in area-based support, we support the revitalization and urban development of a shuttered area by attracting stores that meet the site’s needs as much as possible.

Design planning and production
Our designers will maximize the intangible value of your brand or company with their passion for designs.
We can offer all the design work required for the businesses introduced in 01-03 as well as design work for individual projects that are not related to 01-03.
Our services include website productions, logo mark productions, paper media productions, and package designs.
